It was calculated that if she weighed about 50 kilograms and had already fallen 100 meters, the net would have brought her to a complete stop in half a second from a speed of about 140 kilometers per hour. A deceleration reaching 10 times the acceleration due to gravity. And that was enough to break the girl\u2019s neck.
